CANCELLATION POLICY
You MUST be 18 to book your appointment (minors can have parents book for them). Minors must come to their appointment with their school ID, birth certificate & a parent present with their ID; no exceptions. All deposits are non-refundable. Please note that anatomy and oral health can determine whether a piercing or tooth gem is possible. One reschedule is included with your deposit. A second reschedule will require an additional $25 deposit.
